AUDIT / ACTION

Clarity first

Find where energy, reactive power, and motor loads create opportunity.

An assessment-led approach, built around your actual operating conditions.

THREE CONNECTED DISCIPLINES

Measure the system. Then make the right move.

The best solution starts with a clear baseline. We connect field findings with practical improvements in efficiency, power quality, and process control.

Energy auditing

Review load profiles, consumption patterns, and power-quality conditions to reveal where improvements are worth pursuing.

SVG & power factor correction

Address reactive power with a static var generator and a correction approach matched to changing facility loads.

VFD solutions

Control motor speed to better match process demand, reduce unnecessary energy use, and support smoother operation.

START WITH THE SYMPTOM

Not sure which solution you need? Start with what you notice.

You do not need to diagnose the electrical system before calling us. These are common signs that a closer look may help.

Your electricity bill keeps rising

An energy audit maps when and where power is used. It helps identify the loads and operating patterns behind the cost before you buy equipment.

You see low power factor or utility penalties

Motors and changing loads can draw reactive power. An SVG adjusts compensation as demand changes, helping improve power factor where fixed steps are not responsive enough.

Motors hit hard when they start

A VFD brings a motor up to speed gradually instead of all at once. It can reduce startup current and can save energy when the process does not need full speed.

A CLOSER LOOK AT VFDs

Motor control sized to the job.

A variable frequency drive controls motor speed and starting. For pumps, fans, conveyors, and other suitable loads, that means smoother acceleration and speed matched to actual demand.

HB-H6 brochure range: 0.4–3.7 kW for single-phase 220 V input / three-phase 220 V output; 0.75–315 kW for three-phase 380 V input / output. Final sizing depends on motor duty, load, and installation conditions.

FROM DATA TO DECISIONS

A practical path from site readings to a better-fit solution.

Every facility has its own load mix, operating schedule, and electrical constraints. We start with what the system is doing today before recommending corrective equipment or controls.

Recommendations follow the findings—not a one-size-fits-all product list.

Assess the facility

Review demand, power factor, motor loads, and the symptoms your team sees on site.

Prioritize the opportunity

Separate quick operational improvements from issues that need SVG, correction, or VFD design.

Plan implementation

Define a practical scope around your equipment, operating needs, and local support requirements.

REAL FACILITY STORIES

See what a measured solution can change.

Two projects show how motor starting and reactive power problems can affect day-to-day operations, and what changed after an assessment.
